A Scientist's Story of Freedom Through Past Life Regression

A Scientist’s Story of Freedom Through Past Life Regression

Recently, I had the pleasure of facilitating a Past Life Regression (PLR) session via zoom for Sughanda (name changed for confidentiality), a brilliant scientist living in the U.S. She was born in 1982, and had done a lot in her life, however, she was secretly struggling with chronic fatigue, trust issues, sleep issues, and an overwhelming sense of aimlessness. Even though Sughanda meditated daily and enjoyed spiritual practices, she felt stuck – drained, detached emotionally, physically and spiritually. When Sughanda contacted me, her request was simple:
”I don’t want anything. I just want moksha (liberation)”.

The Inner Turmoil

Sughanda’s life journey has had a lot of emotional suffering. When she was only 15 her mother passed away, she had a miserable first marriage that had left her with invisible scars. Even after she remarried in 2015 there were new problems such as her discomfort with physical intimacy, she had issues parenting her stepchildren, not to mention she felt disconnected from everything around her.

Beyond the emotional scars, her physical body was carrying the weight: autoimmune disease, increased levels of antibodies, chronic fatigue, and poor sleeping patterns.

For anyone who suffers from chronic unexplained problems, be it physical, emotional or spiritual, Past Life Regression facilitates profound understanding and healing. It allows us to access subconscious memories, heal traumas that remain unhealed in our psyche, and find the soul lessons underpinning current distress.

The Past Speaks

During her appointment, we first saw two life events from current life time:
• A sweet memory from when she was 8 years old, in her mother’s lap, suffering from a bad fever. The love she felt at this moment seemed to be the only thing of value she truly needed in life.
• Her adoration for her maternal cousin, Krishna, who she only had a specialist connection with at the soul level. As an aside, she made the connection that she currently recognized Krrishna’s soul in her second son.
Then we had the opportunity to explore deeper and she became aware of profound past life memories:
• In one life, she was a woman and borne the exhaustion of motherhood and felt inconsequential relative to everyone else.
• In another life, she was male spy around the medieval times, who had loyalty to a king and was hunted down and beheaded by Crusaders. As the sword met his neck, he was thinking of Shiva – it resonated with her because it signified her spiritual lineage, based on her original objective, which transcends lifetimes as represented in this life, and the previous one.
• Another life memory revealed a painful memory in 1960s India while she, a daughter of a penniless farmer, had been touched with a scandal and subsequently, for her family, never recovered. This left her with a lot of anger and mistrust of men.

These seemingly disjointed experiences had been catacombed from her consciousness and were silently influencing her daily present life experiences – exhaustion, her sleep issues, distraction, intimacy issues, detachment from feelings.

Past Life Regression is able to help fill in these empty and hidden places to allow long buried emotions to come forward with understanding and healing as long as one can hold compassion and awareness.

Healing Begins

Throughout the session, I gently guided Sughanda to let go of the negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs she had associated with each memory. We were able to move through layers of anger, shame, grief and exhaustion, while using therapeutic processes with the regression.
She had lots of emotional release – developing goosebumps as she connected with her spirit guides and getting to a feeling of clarity and peace when we finished.

For those looking to heal deeply, it is important to remember Past Life Regression is not just about “seeing past life” – it’s about change. It is about releasing the soul, completing old stories and letting yourself be free to engage in the present.

After the session, Sughanda was incredibly thankful, light, free, and hopeful.
She said, “Thank you so much for this experience. I would love to investigate further and get to know you on this journey.”

Her journey to freedom – the very moksha she seeks – is clearer now. By uncovering awareness, healing wounds and trauma, and engaging in spiritual exploration, she is gradually walking toward.
If you’re experiencing unexplained exhaustion, emotional issues, relational issues, career issues, or feelings of spiritual emptiness, you are not alone. Many of these feelings are influenced by lifetimes other than this one.
